Comet 8 Blue Light Scanner
A brand-new addition to our 3d scanning & digitizing equipment is the state-of-the-art Comet 8 blue light 3D scanning system. It is a compact 3d sensor with an advanced 8-megapixel scanning camera. Its extreme resolution and accuracy help in scanning extremely small and complicated artifacts with ease. The 8th generation Colin 3D software breezes through the scanning process. The software finalizes the scans into usable STL, OBJ, or other faceted 3d models.
The built-in capability to work with photogrammetry targets makes it a modular measurement system. Large assemblies and even commercial airplanes can be mapped out first with targets and then scanned with full accuracy. The Comet rotary table adds some semi-autonomous functionality to the scanning process. This newest addition to the scanning lineup is a step further in advancing 3d scanning and reverse engineering technology.
Faro Quantum Laser Scanner
The new Quantum arm from FARO is a portable CMM, which is a rugged and reliable 3d measurement machine. It is 37% more accurate than other arms, with strict ISO measurement criteria applied towards its certifications. With the attached FaroBlue 3d blue laser line scanner, the scanning speed and accuracy have been greatly improved. This makes it compete with structured light scanners. Highly portable and easy to use, this machine has replaced CMMs all over the world. Its main advantages are in First article inspection and analysis, Gage R&R, gage and fixture certifications, machine alignments, and reverse engineering, among others.
Comet 5 White Light Scanner
With its multiple measuring volumes and automated scanning, Steinbichler Comet 5 white light 3d scanning system has taken our 3d scanning & digitizing equipment to a new level.
The combination of the proven one-camera technique and the newly developed projection technology guarantees high-speed measurements as well as excellent data quality. COMET 5 completes all measurements fast and accurately. Therefore it is ideally suited for efficient use in quality control next to the production line.
Leica Laser Tracker
The Leica Absolute Tracker AT402 is the most portable 3D Absolute Tracker for traditional inspection tasks or fully guided measurement processes. It is able to be powered by its own internal battery and work in the most demanding environment. However, it maintains the highest level of precision and the largest ever work envelope.
Zeiss CMM
Our Zeiss CMM features some of the world’s most accurate touch point measurements. Using automated CMM programming we can check large volumes of parts in a short amount of time. In addition, it can maintain micron-level accuracy.

Surphaser Laser Scanner
Known for its unsurpassed accuracy and scan quality, the Surphaser line of scanners offers both short-range and medium-range models. Therefore they are ideal for use in reverse engineering, dimensional control, BIM, historical preservation, architecture, and forensics.

Imetric 3D Photogrammetry
The ICam Photogrammetry systems are high-accuracy portable CMMs. They can be used to determine the 3D coordinates of targets, points materialized with adapters as well as features. The system is an extremely portable option we offer with our 3d scanning & digitizing equipment, i.e. the measurement system comes to the workpiece.
