Applications 3D has done work on various dies and molds. For example, we have worked on blow molds, Injection molds, single dies and compound dies. Dies and molds can have inspection reports made and be reverse engineered. Another service we offer is the ability to reverse engineer a die/mold. While reverse engineering we can also modify the model to meet the new needs of your company. This data can then be used to have your current die/mold machined to new criteria or remade. Modifying an Injection Mold with 3D Scanning

I approached Applications 3D with an existing 3D scan file that I didn’t know what to do with. After speaking with Raminder over the phone, we scheduled an appointment same day to review the file. He looked at my file, and gave me a quote for his service - to produce a Step file that could be used to CNC a master mold from the shape that I had scanned. He was finished with the design in 1 week, but there was a slight issue which I brought to his attention, and he immediately worked on creating a solution, which was resolved by the end of that same day!! I honestly couldn’t be more happy with the result, and very much look forward to working together with Raminder & his company again for more 3D modeling work.
